AssetAlign is a private demand intelligence and alignment tool operated by MarketMaker CRE. AssetAlign provides informational matching based on property details submitted by users and acquisition criteria represented within the MarketMaker CRE ecosystem.
Match scores, demand indicators, buyer alignment, and related results are informational only. They do not guarantee buyer interest, pricing, financing, offers, transaction completion, or any other business outcome.
Use of AssetAlign, submission of property information, or request for follow-up does not create a brokerage relationship, agency relationship, listing agreement, fiduciary duty, confidentiality agreement, or exclusive representation agreement unless separately documented in a written agreement signed by the applicable parties.
By submitting information, you certify that you are authorized to provide the information and that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You are responsible for the content, accuracy, and legality of all information you submit.
By submitting information through AssetAlign, you authorize MarketMaker CRE to review the submitted information, evaluate potential alignment opportunities, and contact you regarding potential next steps.
Any request for more information, match result, alignment indication, or buyer/seller inquiry is an expression of interest only. It is not an offer, commitment to transact, financing commitment, confidentiality agreement, or binding agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarketMaker CRE is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from the use of AssetAlign or reliance on any information shown through the platform.
MarketMaker CRE may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of AssetAlign after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
