AssetAlign may collect company name, contact name, email address, broker information, property name, property address, location, property type, pricing, cap rate, NOI, size, occupancy, lease term, notes, and other property-related criteria submitted through the platform.
We use submitted information to evaluate demand alignment, generate informational match results, route requests to appropriate MarketMaker CRE representatives, communicate with users, verify submitted information, improve the platform, and support internal business operations.
Information may be shared internally within MarketMaker CRE and with representatives, brokers, advisors, investors, buyers, sellers, or other parties when reasonably necessary to evaluate or pursue an alignment opportunity. Information is not intended to create a public listing by submission alone.
Submitting information through AssetAlign does not automatically publish, publicly list, or broadly market your property.
We may retain submitted information for as long as reasonably necessary to support alignment review, business operations, compliance, dispute resolution, and platform improvement.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect submitted information. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users may contact MarketMaker CRE to request review, correction, or deletion of submitted information, subject to applicable legal, contractual, operational, and recordkeeping requirements.
